New coat-stand to stop head lice spread in schools.

Created on 18.03.15

A new treated coat-stand is being trialled in France, aiming to reduce the spread of head-lice in schools.

The coat-stand is the invention of David Blangis and is being trialled in the Oise area of France. The coat-stand is treated with extracts of natural products, such as lavender, which act as lice repellents, preventing the transfer of lice across coats.
