The Local Committee for the Fourth International Congress on
Phthiraptera (ICP4), under the thoughtful guidance of Kosta Y.
Mumcuoglu, chair, has secured an exciting venue and a rich program of
science, culture and recreation. What remains to complete this
Congress is your presence and participation.

Unlike the last Congress, papers proposed for presentation at ICP4
should be transmitted through the ICP4 web site at www.icp4.org/submission.htm
